Missions will be given out from the Kage of your village or anyone the Kage instructs permission to give out missions.

D-Rank Missions: Lowest Rank Missions. Barely dangerous at all and given out to most Genin
C-Rank Missions: Next Rank up of Missions. Somewhat dangerous and given out to Chuunin and experienced Genin
B-Rank Missions: Third Rank of Missions. Mostly dangerous and given out to experienced Chuunin and very experienced Genin
A-Rank Missions: Second Rank of Missions. Always dangerous and given out to Jounin Ninja very experienced Chuunin, extremely skilled Genin
S-Rank Missions: The Highest Rank of Missions. Extremely dangerous and given out to Ninja Jounin Level and above as well as extremely skilled Chuunin
