Description: A long spear that can have chakra poured into it. When chakra is poured into the spear the blade flickers with electricity and has the same affects as a chakra blade, as well it can electrocute the enemy.
Rng(1-5m)
lasts 1 post per 2 chakra used. 5 posts=10 chakra.
Max usage 15 posts.

Include how much chakra the blade needs to have put in it and it can only last a certain amount of turns before needing to be reactivated or else it would be the same thing as the one sword of the seven swords.
