Description: The user focus's their chakra all around their body, waiting until their opponent is near them. The user can use this jutsu by doing two hand seals, then when they use the jutsu their body is surounded by chakra tendrils that when they connect against a human body they disrupt the chakra of that individual, making it harder for them to focus and use chakra. If anyone hit by this jutsu tried to perform one, they need to add half of the jutsu cost to it in order to perform it, rounding up.. Meaning a jutsu that needs ten chakra points requires fifteen, and one that uses seven would require eleven chakra points. This justsu will only last for a certain amount of time (three posts) and then the victim will return to normal.

Den had been learning about and creatinging Genjutsu for some time, and decided that he should make a Ninjutsu, so that he wasn't a complete Genjutsu specialist and wasn't skilled at anything else. That also meant that Den needed to learn some more Taijutsu as well, but he had a great idea for a jutsu and wanted to create it now. Den walked into the forrest away from the eyes of others, not wanting them to see him use his new technique, and began to think about how he would go about making the jutsu. he could have it activate on one part of his body, or he could make it suround him and use it as a defensive technique.

Den decided that the technqieu would be a defensive one, he already had to many offensive jutsu. The jutsu he planned on creating would allow him to disrupt the flow of chakra to any human body the jutsu hit, excluding his own of course. This would cause them to have a harder time using jutsu, and would make them require more chakra in order to perform one. Den came up with two hand seals that would help him concentrate his chakra in order to perform the jutsu and prepared himself to practice the technique. Let's see if this works. Den thought to himself.

Den did the hand seals he created, focusing his chakra around his body before letting it blow outwards,creating tendrils around his body made of pure blue chakra. Not exactly what I expected, I thouught it would me more of an explosion. This is good though, it's pretty much the same, it serves the same purpose. Den thought, activating his Sharingan to look at the tendrils, now able to see them with much more clarity. The chakra seemed to flow differently then it did in a body, Den could hardly notice it because his Sharingan could hardly see chakra but there was difference, hopefully because it disrupted other people's chakra.
