| The Five Kages and the Neo-Akatsuki(If the Genin has a Curse Mark) are allowed to Steal Genin. You have to try and persuade the Genin to come with you and if you can't persuade them you have the choice of fighting them and once you have them below 10 Hp you can kidnap them without them fighting back. | |

| Two questions.....
1) Do the Genin have to have Curse Marks for Leaders of villages to take them or does that only apply to the Neo's?
2) If you take a Genin, can they run away after you take them? And if not, can they at all leave the new village at a later rank? | |

| Answer to Question 1:
I think the Village leaders and Kages can they whatever Genin they would like, they don't have to have curse marks.
Answer to Question 2:
If they were captured rather than chose the will to go and went unwillingly, they should be able to escape as well as retrievel squads would be sent to retrieve this missing person on certain conditions. | |

Either or is fine. It's just made more for the Neo-Akatsuki to be looking for those specific people no matter where they are that's their goal. - Quote :

Retrival Squads may be sent for missions like the thing with Sasuke also they can attempt to escape and the system works the same as the Missing Ninja System for escaping. | |

| How about the neo akat can kill them ... but not kill them? Like kill them then revive them and make them have no memory. It would be alot more intersting. Make them from good to bad or wat ev. You don't need to use a jutsu just beat them so bad they get amnesia | |
