Do I get it when I have 380 posts or I can create it when I have 380 posts. I didn't get it because Egress doesn't have 380 posts but still curse mark so I created one too.

Design: Three curved raindrops.
Description:
Level 1: It will give user more speed and chakra. Users Water jutsus become stronger. Your need only little water to start a water jutsu. When in first stage of curse mark you can´t use any Earth Release.
Level 2: Will give you strength, speed (as fast as shark underwater) and increase chakra. Water jutsus become 4 times stronger and you don't need to be near water to use any water jutsu. When near the water you can move water with your hands (Hands only direct water). You can also breath underwater Side-notes are that you get double the damage when hit with earth jutsu, Water jutsu won´t do any damage to her, you also cannot do any other element jutsu than water.
Level looks:
Level 1: You will be covered with black raindrops. (looks spoiler for pattern)

Level 2: Very big and strong teeth will grow, also will get fins. Something like image below. (Brown skin like 2nd curse mark has) Also the hair won't dissapear. (When I am with 2nd stage i look more like female
)
