Kiku Fuuma’s Older PersonalityKiku Fuuma has seen the light into a path of no return. Now Kiku is always reading and residing poems which he find best suited for the conversation. Making the persons death as smooth as possible. Taking charge, and is always stating his supremacy. He has perfected his blaze style usage and has adapted to other styles of jutsus becoming synchronized with the his inner self he is able to stop any problem and find a solution. Beginning able to combine his two affinities dust and blaze to make a deadly reaction. Now appointed the position of Akatsuki Leader Kiku is as humble as ever, taking on the leadership position was easy for him now a days, and it quite suites his him.
History: Fūma Clan LegacyThe Fūma clan (風魔一族, Fūma Ichizoku) is a renowned ninja clan, famous in at least Amegakure and the Land of Fire. It is unknown where they hail from. They are well-known as an aggressive clan and fight using their characteristic giant Fūma Shuriken; a large, four-bladed weapon said to possess pre-eminent sharpness. This type of shuriken has spread beyond the Fūma clan, though, as Sasuke Uchiha used one during his fight with Zabuza Momochi. Unfortunately, as generations passed, the clan gradually lost its superiority. There were exactly fourteen living members of the clan once Naito was born, making Kiku one of its soon to be last members to ever have been born into the clan.
When Konhagakure was still young, the clan owned a small residential district. As was needed for the clan, the district had many houses. However, as Konhagakure grew in population, the Fuuma Clan was driven further from the village, into what is now Amegakure. During the time of Sandaime Hokage, the clan downsized, selling off their district to Konhagakure, and used some of that money to build a residential building for the clan’s inhabitants.
Elder Hanjibo, who was Kazaharku’s father, was once the leader of the Fuuma Clan. But when his son "Kiku" inherited a defect, he stepped down, placing a new leader as the new leader of the clan. As his last decision before he passed on his authority, he ordered that no one was permitted to discuss his sons defect, unless in a clan meeting, or with the current leader of the clan’s permission. This rule was created to protect his son from danger and from becoming well known throughout the world. When Kazaharku died, Elder Hanjibo reclaimed authority of the clan.
Kiku The StrangeKiku inherited his defect from his mother, who was born of uchiha descent. At the young age of 12 years Kiku began to master his defective abilities‘, he had mastered all of his know abilities a year later at the age of 15 years. Later on through trail and error Kiku discovered his abilities’ to perform Dust Relase. Later on becoming renowned for his Shadow Weaver. The most powerful and dangerous doujutsu, this can only be achieved through spiritual devotion, and is unique to Kiku Fuuma. Kiku Fuuma was born as a jewel to the Fuuma clan, and was seems as there greatest assets. Ounce the death of his family and friends provoked him into a dark despair he gathered this ability. Becoming greatly dependent on his faith, ounce he withdrew it he was cursed. Already having a defect within his bloodline, it was enhanced and spread throughout his body. Creating a supernatural dojutsu, based on its powers and its looks Kiku believed it to be given to him by the Gods. The Shadow Weaver first appears as and eerie orange color as it starts to settle in. With a four tomes surrounding the pupil, almost like an enhanced version of Sharingan. As time progresses the appearance of the Weaver becomes faded, as it take its turn into its Enhanced Form. Gaining this form through age; approximately 3 years are needed before the obtaining of the Enhanced Eye. It takes the appearance of a black circular thing surrounding the faded orange & blue iris. Because of this, Kiku is definitely the strongest Fuuma to ever arise from the clan.
Years As A NinjaThrough the years Kiku, has excelled in the ninja arts, a former Konohagakure Jonin, a former ANBU, and former the leader of Team 9. He is regarded as a genius among his peers. After his meteoric rise through the ninja ranks, Kiku became the student of Zero Jinsu, and subsequently became an ANBU at the age of 24. Becoming well diversed in most of the Nature affinities. During his years as an ANBU, Kiku further improved his Shadow Weaver by developing his own techniques. Yet Kiku could still not match his abilities to that of the Mangekyo Sharingan. Kiku’s unlocked his Enhanced Shadow Weaver ounce he had heard the death of his friend Hitso, the pain and grief he felt lead to his Enhanced appearance. Furthermore, he has mastered his Enhanced jutsus. He still keeps it a secret from his village, only using it when necessary. Following his rise to ANBU, Kiku gained his reputation, and is well-known worldwide for his use of the Shadow Weaver, ounce he fled Konhagakure. This doujutsu of his were well known thanks to the reputations of his students Ikazuchi Kumori & Nao Ikeda. After two years in the ANBU Black Ops. Satuko excelled to the rank of ANBU Captain, but he dropped the title to approach a different aspect of the village. Becoming leader of Team 9 and training Nao Ikeda, Hana Sunaro, and Ikazuchi Kumori. Taking a slight liking in Ikazuchi’s Tenraigan eye. Only to leave the village to become an S-ranked missing ninja.

Description: A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. The ability to summon more advanced animals largely depends upon the amount of chakra the ninja can muster to perform the jutsu. To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.

Physical Description: Shinju is an otter of massive size as befits an S-rank summon. Though he is smaller than his counter parts like Gamabunta and Manda, his smaller size allows for quick agility. His body is longer than most other summons, and is tapered out allowing for easy and fast swimming. His fur is brown, but when his jutsu is activated it can switch to a myriad of different colors, depending on the environment. His paws are strong, but his claws are also short and strong, excellent for quick fighting. His eyes are cold and calculating, perfect for tracking on earth or land.

Story: Upon the destruction ofKiku's ancient demon Akatosh, the landscape around the Temple of Time changed. In his attempt to revive himself, Akatosh imprisoned a colony of otters who were tricked into his service and were held for eons, becoming a colony that continued to grow awaiting the day they were set free. Seeing a human being their salvation, the Otter Chieftan Shinju promised himself to Kiku's service. At first Kiku rejected the offer, saying he was simply glad to help and he did not require the otter's services. The Otter Chieftan had a small amount of foresight, and simply lowered his head and said they would meet again.
Awhile later Kiku lost his friends who had accompanied him to the temple, but it seemed a band of renegade ninjas found him. While just fresh of sealing the Biju and getting handle on his newfound powers, he realized he was in trouble. Fortunately, Shinju quickly appeared and batted the enemy away. The contract for the otters was inscribed on Hoshi's left palm, a sign that there was a pact between Shinju's colony and the shinobi Hoshi.

Description: Living around water ever since his birth, and the fact he is the king of a water native species, the Otter Chieftan Shinji knows how to wield many of the water's subtle aspects. This jutsu can serve two purposes. Shinju can look into any body that is related to water and see anything that borders it. A river can be a long telescope all the way from its original to the delta where it empties, making it an ideal scouting technique, however it is not so innocent as it seems. Anyone unfortunate to see the eyes of thing Chieftain while the jutsu is activated will find themselves drowning in an immense flood of water. In the real world they will simply be knocked out and extremely hard to wake.

The Sin Seal is a seal originally developed by Kiku Fuuma. This seal relinquish original chakra reserves and supplies the user with an element derived from the elements chosen by the user first. By first extracting and conducting multiple tests on test subjects, Kiku has extracted the actual chakra nature affinities of every basic element. Condensing the elements into harmless matter, Kiku took hours out of the day creating a mixture of different compounds to get a concentrated formula. By first testing the liquids in a trail and error cession he was able to retrieve an accurate result. In picking a combination of two elements Kiku will pour the separate liquids together down the throat of the subject. In a grueling 15min vomit comet cession, Kiku will exact the seal on the lower back of the subject. Near the rib cage Kiku will carve the initials S.I.N.
Opening The Seal
The Sin Seal can be open at any moments notice, the user must activate the seal before the Mixture of elements are formed into one formulating one advance element from the two. When first open the user may be exhilarated by the pain inflicted on the back, though the burning sensation will passed ounce used often. The user is first introduced to his or hers new element by most times exhibiting there first jutsu, with out thought of it. This was placed in the seal to identify the type of power was created, and documents were to be stored on the subjects. Shadow Weaver Jutsu
Shadow Weaver The most powerful and dangerous doujutsu, this can only be achieved through spiritual devotion, and is unique to Kiku Fuuma. Kiku Fuuma was born as a
jewel to the Fuuma clan, and was seems as there greatest assets. Ounce the death of his family and friends provoked him into a dark despair he gathered this ability. Becoming greatly dependent on his faith, ounce he withdrew it he was cursed. Already having a defect within his bloodline, it was enhanced and spread throughout his body. Creating a supernatural dojutsu, based on its powers and its looks Kiku believed it to be given to him by the Gods. The Shadow Weaver first appears as and eerie orange color as it starts to settle in. With a four tomes surrounding the pupil, almost like an enhanced version of Sharingan. As time progresses the appearance of the Weaver becomes faded, as it take its turn into its Enhanched Form. Gaining this form through age; approximately 3 years are needed before the obtaining of the Enhanched Eye. It takes the appearance of a black circular thing surronding the faded orange & blue iris.
AbilitesKiku’s Shadow Weaver has a certain code that focuses his abilities towards a certain discipline, being space, the ability to control physical and other dimensional matter via manipulation of whole objects, eventually molecules, and ultimately at the atomic level, or time: advanced control of metaphysical forces in creating distortions or complete stops or reversals in the timeline of the world. Though when being used ¼ more chakra is used. While using the Enhanced abilities of the Shadow Weaver, the users own elemental affinities are withdrawn from the user. As it it’s withdrawn from the user, an enhanced version is brought in.
The Shadow Weaver is also used with the combination of both wind and earth, being Dust Relase, Jinton is an advanced element, formed by the combine usage of Earth and Wind type chakras. This element can not be created with just using this two type of chakras, it can only be manipulated by using the dust from the area around the user. So, a Jinton user is limited to areas with visible ground, which is not cowered by water, mud, grass, plants etc. Also, this ability DOES NOT give a person the power to control sand, that’s a different type of Blood line. Dust Release seems to be named after the element's effect, rather than it's make-up or appearance. Dust Release is capable of pulverizing anything it touches into molecule-sized dust. Even giving the ability for the user to levitate.
Chimera Technique
The Chimera Technique is a forbidden technique that was developed by Kiku, a missing-nin of Konohagakure, in order to compensate for his lack of natural special abilities. Kiku uses the technique to integrate the bodies of others with his own, allowing him to obtain any Kekkei Genkai they possess, as well as other special phsyical traits. Without the Kekkei Genkai every leaving the presence of his body allwoing Kiku to access the abilities without fail. The technique is also used by Kiku and his followers to create formidable creatures which bear the traits of multiple animals.
Obtaining the technique with another KKG already, may be hazurdous to the ninja accquiring the technique. In Kiku's case he obtained another ability in the process, though the use of the ability is realtivily useless Kiku uses it to his advantage to lure his enemies closer either to there death or for there KKG. Given the name "Third-Eye Dōjutsu" by Kiku Fuuma himself, the appearance is a red eye with another circle in it resembling the pupil, with four lines stemming from it and two big thick lines stemming from the side. This power seems to control people as it appeared on the enemies forehead, vanished, then took control over hi body. The eyes of the person who get caught by this technique turn red while they are being controlled. Resisting the attack is possible and most likely going to occur 50% of the time when using this ability, but those with weak minds are easier to prey on. Other uses are yet to be found
(All these are abilities granted by the Weaver, not necessarily jutsu. The Weaver does need to be activated, it is not on at all times. Also this is Kiku's specific adaptation of the Weaver, and are not necessarily able to be copied by other Doujutsus.)

The Aggravated Wind is a high powered move used by Ikazuchi which can completely destroy a target if they are hit by the full powered version. The regular version released chakra to condense all the air and dust, Dirt, Sand, Smoke and all other particles into a small ball. When Ikazuchi breathes a strong burst of air into it, It explodes in a shockwave infront of him blowing objects away and also crushing them. In the full powered Version, Ikazuchi crushes the ball in his hand, And releases a small blow from his mouth, And sends out a small blade of hardened dust at a molecular level. If the blade strikes a target, The dust expands until the target is completely ripped open.

The Chakra Pore release is not truly associated with Dust Release, Though through consideration because it uses chakra and molecules it is sometimes classified as Dust Release. Chakra Pores is a Tracking Kekkei Genkai Trait for Ikazuchi. The base of the technique allows Ikazuchi to balance chakra through his palm to form hundreds of molecule size balls. The balls are released through the air wildly to multipy and covered the area of the place. Anything it touches which people won't even know, Not even the best trackers, Will be locked on by Ikazuchi. Or he can put his finger to a target and release them onto the target.
The Chakra Pores are not a attack, Just a location, Which also would allow Ikauzchi to tell if people are lying our running low on chakra. There is also another ability of the pores, If Ikazuchi wished, He can transfer communication signals into someone to tell them things, Without anyone knowing. Though no one can send signals back to him. If someone is trapped in a Genjutsu, Ikazuchi can also release it using some of his chakra as a disturbent wave.
The Chakra Pore technique can also allow Ikauzchi to transfer some chakra into somebody, Which in battle could help them greatly. Nothing can remove the chakra pores, Unless the person who is captured is able to stop temporarily Ikazuchi's chakra flow, Ikazuchi stops it, Or after a two hour period. With the chakra pores, Even if someone cloaks there chakra flow, The pores on them would allow Torune to tell. A step back of the technique is the longer it is used, Or the more he uses them for info or to track, The more chakra it drains.
Dust Release: Mercury Storm (塵遁・水銀嵐Jinton: Suiginran)

The Mercury Storm is a very complex skill used by Ikauzhci with his Dust Release. As Ikauzhci releases chakra to gather in chemicals, sodium and Led in the arm form textures to catch the mercury. In air, Ikauzhci is able to form a ball of pure mercury, Also called Quick Silver. The Silver orb floats in ait, Until Ikazuchi releases it, Sending it into multiple boiling Senbon which are hot enough to melt through a wall on its own, Though with the technique the heat settles down to form a minor boil, Condensing it inside so that when it stabs the opponenet, It feels like boiling water enters the skin. Also if exposed for a long time, The Mercury will dissolve into led, Which poisons the target, Silver which plogs veins and salt which dehydrates them.

Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique: The Hokage, tought this attack to Ikazuchi. Taking him 3 weeks to learn it unlike the 3 year training. He uses his Dust Release to create a cube which expands in size when being dropped onto his target. The target and everything touching the cube are then pulverized at the molecular level, breaking down into dust. The only know attack that has a greater damage scale than Rasengan. Developed by Yagura over his time in Iwagakure, and is now used by The 8th Tsuchikage, it has the ability to destroy molecules in a persons body completly destroying them. It takes immense amount of chakra and can only be perfomred three times a day, any other uses will not be capable. The technique take 3 years to complete, over time the technique the can greatened by adding the users own nature affinity which the creator Yagura and the Tsuchikage have yet to complete. The performance of this jutsu is simple. The user creates no handsels all that his needed is either one or two hands. Unlike rasengan this techniques allows the user to throw the projectile cube created at there enemy instead of close combat.
Dust Raigan: {Dust: Shadow’s Eclipse}

Utilizing two assets the user will Engage in summoning Dust around his body. Controlling it with his chakra the user gathers the Dust around the lower arm, mostly the palm of the hand. This technique only know to the current suggested keeper of the Weaver Kiku Fuuma, he begging the only ones to be able to utilize Dust Release. This jutsu can only be performed while using Enhanched Shaodw Weaver and can only be perfected by a Weaver user. Draining most of the users chakra the body is set into an unconscious mind set, leaving them in this state for a period of 15 minutes. Causing external and little internal damage, the Dust can enter the body and screw with the Molecular Structure. Causing distortions to the body. Yet these effects only appear after the jutsu is performed and leaves the body. While projecting the Dust the user is subjected to a dark aura which surrond his body wether or not an existing aura is there. In the case a Bijuu Host using this technique all chakra sources with the Bijuu are cut, keeping the main host’s chakra source flowing, and only taking the users chakra. The physical appearance of the Dust which surronds the palm of the hand, is identical to that of a black hole. Acting as one its self, but with different self properites. In general relativity, using a dominant trait of Kiku's Shadow Weaver the user forms a region of space in which the gravitational field is so powerful that nothing, not even light, can escape. It has a one-way surface, called an event horizon, into which objects can fall, but out of which nothing can come. Which is so commonly suggested as a black hole. In this case the Dust interacts with the properties of the black hole. Weaving its way throw the intrenal structures casuing the external appearance to be consumed in an altered black Dust, so instead of sucking the user inside it only sucks the user towards the blast. It may not be that powerful to hold down the enemy completely, but it can lock on to one single person and pervent escape. Explaing the total destruction which can be caused by Dust Raigan is simple, but the actual break down is rather difficult. Ounce on contact the opposing enemies body will be devoured in a massive blanket of Dust destroying there body and disabling the Nervous System perventing escape. At this point the user of the attack is most vulrable and can be attacked. Why? Because the user has to release the concentrated chakra source and launch in into his opponents body. After the Nervous system is disrupted and taken out of the equation, the body is ripped apart by the gases. This gas spirals outward, heating up to very high temperatures and emitting large amounts of radiation that burns flesh, killing the traget. Yet both effects are great to use, but only when the full style and art of this techniuqe is mastered. If not the same result will always occur, the spiraling form of chakra will launch inward towards the target hindering it useless by burning it. Then hurling it yards away from the user. Though this is less powerful version of the technique it still takes the same amount of chakra to perform it. Making this an attack you would like to use ounce, or more if you choose. “Hey Its Your Life!”

This decay is forced and very violent on the atmoic level and takes significant amounts of power. However the trade off is that this can intercept anything up to an S-rank elemental attack. This is B-rank since this can hit a limited area, unlike an eye technique say like Amaterasu that can actually spread. This cannot disintegrate everything in one glance and it can not disintegrate an enemy, it is used for defensive purposes. It takes two posts, including casting post, for complete disintegration.

Description: A semi-advanced manipulation of time, Kiku can shift location in battle limited to areas he has been in before. Example: Kiku starts the battle on a rock, but moves to near a tree line. This time jutsu will reverse his body movement relocating him to a particular spot. The time aspect is that it treats Kiku as if he has never moved from that spot, but the passage of time in the rest of the world is normal, giving this an almost illusionary feel to it. (This is not a teleport! if Kiku hasn’t been there with touch, this jutsu cannot take him there.) This is excellent for giving him new vantage points and conserving physical stamina.

However this seal can only be used once, but can affect multiple people and lasts until Kiku dismisses it.

Description: This tech. allows Kiku to rapidly condense matter into several large projectiles that are hurdled at range to cause massive damage. It’s a basic area sweep jutsu, not particularly useful for any one on one engagements, but it is useful on the field of battle. As the matter condenses it synchronizes with the different aspects of the land Using the different chakra types Kiku can cause mass destruction and literally destroy a massive area in seconds without the fail. Should Kiku suffer non fatal damage, he will give the necessary amount of chakra to reconstruct the body part damage and regenerate it perfectly. Depending on the body part injured, how fast the healing is, it will drain various amounts of chakra; also effective from preventing the spread of foreign agents within the body.

Evading all current attacks that opposed him, Shukaku's true appearance appeared. The ounce teal chakra tail, became a harden figure. His figure ounce small and weak was now large and muscular. Ounce the smoke cleared the true appearance was unleashed on the sight of his enemies. On all fours his body mimicked that of the Nine Tailed Fox. Standing up Right he looked over the open battle field. His eyes perfected with black and a yellow pupil. With blue markings covering his body. Ancient and mysterious. The battle field crumbled as he opened his mouth in aw...
~Roar Of the Bijuu~
A large chakra force destroyed trees and crumbled the earth. He opened his mouth and a harsh wind blew from his mouth. "I'm Free My Will in under No Human Control. Your Demise Is Unstoppable For Your Crimes Of Injustice, You Will Die In My Cold Fury." With a turbulent laugh trees where knocked over hurdling down on the enemies. Ikazuchi was forced into an unconscious state of mind which had no end. The seal on his body close to begging broken, his body almost consumed by the Bijuu hope for him surving was useless. Outside the inner specimen called Shukaku, he raised his arm to the sky. Watching carefully the lady enemy as she has now air borne. Shukaku roared with massive screeches, which disrupted the hearing and caused massive damage to the are. The charged blast of pure chakra shoot out in a linear path from Shukaku's mouth. The effect of the destructive ray shooting through anything it comes in contact with, causing massive damage.
~Shukaku's Defense~
Ikazuchi on the inside of the beast mimicked its physical battle style, as if he were controlling it, still unconscious to the devouring of his body and the unleashed power of the Shukaku demon he was opposed no threat to Shukaku. This meant the demon inside had better chances of escaping the seal and ounce becoming free. With his armed raised he swirled it in a circular motion. creating a dark cyclone of chakra and wind. This begging the only know attack of Shukaku he has firmed control over all of its power. This attack slowly develops unlike other attacks used by Shukaku, so his iron body works as the perfect defense against any potential threats. Yet if the enemy is able to pierce the build of the demon, he quickly uses his regenerative powers to make his former status.
~Tornadic!: EF0 - EF5~
Maintaining a tornadic cyclone he infused more chakra. Abusive you might say, but to a demon its sheer control and chaotic destruction. He manipulated the cyclone send of harsh winds towards his enemy, blowing them back. The cyclone turned vortex, EF5 - S - 200+ - Described as 'Explosive Damage'. Literally lifts structures off foundation and removed them from the area, clearing the area under the vortex of all structures. Deadly flying debree can fly about along the column of the tornado, however so powerful and large, it moves at a crawling speed. Sending it towards his enemy he planned to launch them miles away. Ikazuchi awoke as the massive chakra source was launched. The vortex was under no ones grasp as Shukaku put down his arm.
~Ikazuhci's Escape~
Ikazuchi reject the power, he wouldn't stand fo it any longer. "I won’t allow you to have my body." Regaining conscious he stopped the seal from begging broken. The gates in which the Shukaku was locked was ounce again filed with is body. "You've had your fun, know you need to stop." In anguish Shukaku's laugh turned in to a cry. "Ah......Ah.....Ah..." His teal chakra remained but his features where gone. Ikazuchi replenished his own chakra, before the Bijuu chakra evaporated into thin air. To late for him to stop the destructive vortex which was launched towards his enemies. There only hope was to escape before the slow moving death trap caught them in its grasp.
