a blue jacket with an orange short sleeved shirt .On both sleeves of the the jacket is an orange and red uchiha symbol coverd with a white leaf village symbol(same as back of the shirt).Has blue and orange sweats that has the e.Has blue sandals and white sacks on as well.He also has three strikes on his face that look like whiskers but are not whiskers because it's attached to his skin.Usually carries a 2 meter long thin katana on his back.
Personality: Herocou is one of the most stubborn,loud mouth, trash talkers ever.But... he is also one of the most bravest,courageous,stronghearted people ever. When he see someone in trouble, he does everything in his power to help them no matter wat the risk.A big part of his personalty is his agressiveness. He loves challenges and he loves when he fails (besides exams)so he can try again, and again, and again.
With this aggressivness,courage,bravery,and smarts herocou gains an ego.He is always talking about him self thinkin he's the best. Lastly hero does have a calm side.When he's relaxing with his friends and in beautiful paradise eating cheeseburgers(his fav food)he calms down and shows that"i'm a nice guy "attitude.Why do i have to tell u more about him when you can find out yourself.
History: When herocou was born both of his parents died .Nobody knows why they just did.So he grew up a screw up and got in to a lot of mischeif.Right when herocou was bout to do somtihng extreme a leaf ninja stopped him in his tracks and convinced him not to paint the whole village black.That is when herocou grew a bond with this guy. The ninja gave herocou the nick name whirl wind because herocou was supposed to be as "fast as the wind" (this guy was pretty fast too) and herocu was always in that "go with the flow mood".One day that ninja was killed by a ninja of his on kind till this day herocou searches for the killer and gets closer every day.With a little help at least.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise, which Sasuke has done twice in the anime. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.
The anime has a number of other objects being used for this jutsu, such as a boulder, mud, a scarecrow, and even a large rolled-up carpet. These items are usually nowhere in sight, suggesting that they are merely gags meant to lighten up the situation and not an actual part of the jutsu. Additionally, the normal practice of switching places with a section of log is done in several places that have no such thing anywhere nearby.

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" ("Shunshin no Shisui"), likely referring to this technique. The Body Flicker technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the "Sand Body Flicker" (Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the "Mist Body Flicker" (Kiri-Shunshin), "Water Body Flicker" (Mizu-Shunshin), and "Leaf Body Flicker" (Konoha-Shunshin).

Range:mid. when on ground and you punch him he has to be 10 meters away from user. when doing the uppercut the opponent must either be 1 meter in front of him or 7 meters above him.
Description:Shoruyken is a spiraling punch, moving in toward the opponent. The Shoryuken completely vulnerable to counterattack when descending to make it an uppercut. First the user does the boar handsign then his or her most used hand ignites on fire not damging the user. The user has a choice of punching foward toward the opponent or using his fist as an uppercut. The user summons the chakra his palm , giving the user more strength. When the user summons the perfect amount of chakra to his fist (right or left)id fist ignites on fire which can help him block, deflect, or even counter other jutsus .When doing the uppercut he is very vulnerable. If the person was able to dodge the technique there would be no way for hero to counter the counter. Although if the uppercut was a success hero's fist will lift them up to about 7 to 13 feet. If you were not doing the uppercut and you just punched him he would fly back about 5 yards. Also if you are not doing the uppercut ,it is more less vulnerable than the uppercut.

The deep black eyes belonging to the genin blinked a few times. His gaze was directed above, straight into the blue sky. Staring out into the endless space as the brisk morning air softly blew his black hair slightly to the side, in his mouth perched a tooth pick that leaned slight to the side. The genin slowly moved his tounge around the end of the tooth pick from the inside of his mouth, he felt the sharpness of the end as he took a deep breath in and out his nose. Everything was so.... Peaceful. The looming gray clouds from the night before had turned into white puffy ones that hung in the sky ever so softly. The relaxed hirameki slowly sat up and looked around, nothing was there to disturb him.
This was Herocou's normal life ever since he had became an genin , just relaxing and training, day in and day out. His days could be predicted just like the sun rising and setting, nothing really too interesting could be found in the young students life. But most children at the age of 13 have a similar life, so he didn't really want to ask for much more, since it was obvious he had it luck as is.
A slow drip landed on the bridge of Hero's nose, he slowly tilted his head upwards and looked into the sky. Drip after drip came down on him through the tree overhead, it was clear that it was raining, or drizzling or whatever you would like to call it. The lonely genin slowly paced back to his home, at least a two mile walk at best. Hero hated the rain. Being a fire element and all, he had grown hatred toward rain and other forms of precipitation. It wasn't very common to get rain in the sand village, so those who didn't like it were very annoyed.
After a few minutes of walking Hero's spiky hair was down on his face, covering parts of his eyes. He attempted to flick it away multiple times, but to no avail. Hero let out a slow yawn, his feet casualy kicked up small amounts of water as he walked. The soft pitter patter of the rain hitting to local shops created a rhythm with the students's foot steps, as he walked home everything made a certain music..... Everything was perfect(sarcasim)..
