Ninpou: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. One of Raiga's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his two swords. Drawing his two swords together, Raiga will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around Raiga's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Note: Only usable by a Seven Swordsmen member with the Lightning affinity, a main Raiton specalist who can use shape manipulation, or a wielder of Raiga's Lighting Swords.

Egress began to learn his third technique after he had regain mobility and completed his second technique. He knew that he would have to channel his chakra to a very high point before having all of his energy diminished. His last trick is a jutsu called Rairyuu no Tatsumaki- Lightning Dragon Tornado. Supposedly, it was to fuse Raiton chakra, small compartments of natural lightning, and wind to create a shape of destruction. Very dangerous as Egress would have to zap himself with the atmospheric energy from the heavens just to use it. But he had gone too far just to be give up on this. He cannot give up, for he has a goal in mind. His dream is to unite the vilages as one to create instant peace the likes the world has never seen, to diminsh any possible war. Of course to do this, Egress would need enough strength and a certain amount of techniques to train on becoming one of the top elite ninja of the universe. This was just a start but he needed to do it. Egress began to conjunct and draw his swords high in the air...

Egress surges his chakra into the Lightning Fangs and soon electrical energy conducted from the blades. Soon, a current of actual lightning arose from the skies and zapped at Egress, as well as his own natural chakra surrounded him in form and contains the energy. "Gah!" cried Egress. The large amount of lightning had surely peeled away small amounts of his skin, if not a few wounds were inflicted. But now, Egress is in full control. A flash of thunder erupted from him and the wind started to pick up. Egress then began to rotate his entire body, spinning very fast. The world around became dizzy and overwhelming but Egress kept his strength from vomitting. In a few seconds, a large whirling vortex of wind and electricity formed. Suddenly, the vortex began to take the shape of a lightning dragon and he began to slow down just a little bit...

The dragon surrounded the area around him to protect Egress from any incoming attacks, knocking them back and shocking them. Grass, leaves, stones, and even branches were peeled off by the great force and were destoryed by the dragon. Egress then looked at two nearby trees and directed his attention to it. He thrusted his twin swords at that direction and suddenly the thunder vortex headed towards to strike it down. it took the dragon just two seconds before penetrating through those two trees and crushing them to nothing but wood. The dragon then clsaed into the ground and reduced that to dust and soil. Destruction... thought Egress. The dragon started to dispearse leaving only Egress witnesssing the scenes if not Kirigakure citizens already noticing it. but they were all reported it was nothing more than a... training excersise...

The results had met the satisfactory level for Egress. But it was not enough. He had gained the knack for training with dopplegangers. Egress formed a cross with his hands and formed three shadow clones. "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" conjoured Egress. "Stand away eight meters from me, and prepare to use speed and jumping abilities.." commanded the original Egress. The clones made no haste and got to work. Absorbing the lightning power coming to him, Egress spinned around like a dance and the lightning dragon formed once again. One of the clones however, was too close and got trapped inside the whirling force. The wind spun him around and cutted through his clothing. Unable to take much of the pain, the doppleganger converted to a puff of smoke. The other two however were pretty safe, but even they would have some trouble avoiding it....

The thunder vortex neared the dopplegangers as Egress guided its directions. The clones focused chakra onto their feet and lunged more than ten feet high in the air. That was a movement Egress had expected. It was simple that he had laid it for a ground attack and force the clones to jump in the skies in a certain location for the dragon to not hit them. They had the knowledge of its limited range, but Egress knew something else. This dragon was also used for an aerial assault, another favorite class of ninjutsu of Egress's. As soon as the Kage Bunshin jumped, Egress laced the dragon towards them. "Ha!" You'll never get us!" yelled the clones. And that was when they started desencding.. "No matter, we're still a few meters away from its sides.." one of the clones said. Wouldn't count on that.. The dopplegangers had made the mistake of underestimation. Even though the dragon didn't hit the dopplegangers, lightning jumps from the vortex and goes to shock at the clones. "Warh??!! Ahhh!!" the clones screamed in confusion. Their entire body system were shocked and they would feel paralyzed for a short two minutes. However, they immediately when they hit the ground- hard. They dispearsed to nothing but air. "Hehe... success.." said Egress. "Whoo... I feel kinda weak. Better take a break for now..'
