Personality: Chishio is a calm, at times can be a stoic indivisual. Towards most people is a cold calculating indivisual that never loses focus. He shows very little emotion and doesnt talk often on battle, especially if he thought his opponent was an idiot or weak-minded. His body language also reflects some of his personality. He keeps his hands in his pockets a lot because he prefers not having to get them dirty or wasting time on someone who isnt worth it.
Very few people see Chishio out of this mentallity. Only people Chishio becomes close with would see the other side to him. One of those few people is Jugo of the Scales. Towards Jugo, Chishio is a calm, respectful people. He seems extremely peaceful and Jugo is one of the few people Chishio would actually talk to. Towards thoses he is comfortable with or considers a good opponent he wont be as emotionless and may talk a little more in the battle.
History: Chishio was born in Kirigakure to the Saiken clan. Both parents were of his clan so he was a pureblood. Chishio from birth was a child protegy, but he was also a ruthless, cold indivisual. As he grew older he became more aloof with things, barely showing interest in anything. He began to specialize in Suiton jutsu as well as get a grasp on his Blood jutsu. He began to study more and more about his clan and began to do a lot of research on the village itself.
He eventually became a Chuunin. At this point he was strong and full of knowlegde on his clan and village. He began testing to see if he had a second affinity, which he found out he had for lightning. He began training with this affinity seeing what he could learn. He also continue studying about other clans and other villages. He became extremely wise and continued to grow in strength.
At the rank of Jounin, Chishio had learnt a good amount of his clan jutsu as well as Suiton and Raiton ninjutsu. He stopped training and began studying more. He read massive books and scrolls on many different things and then began to take all of his clan scrolls. Soon after he defected from Kirigakure no Sato and joined with Neo-Akatsuki.

Description : This jutsu can only be used when a Saiken is physically touching blood. This causes the blood to hard past the Chibuki jutsu making any blood technique the user wishes to harden to a ruby like state. Although its a ruby like crystal this substance is as hard as adamant. However once this is done the blood becomes solid and lifeless and can only be used as a weapon or defense.

Description : A tattoo of an animal of the users choice is drawn when this jutsu is learnt. Then the user feeds this tattoo 1cp every turn and at any point the user can release this animal. The animal varies in size depending on the chakra cost (1-5 small animals, 6-10 medium animal, 11-15 big animal, 15-20 the size of a car, 20+ size of a house). The beast since made of a huge amount of blood can reform itself unless completely destroyed. A Saiken is capable of having more than one tattoo on him or herself.

Description : This jutsu is similar to Bushin Bakuha. Its used to self-destruct the Chi Bushin, Chibuki and Chi Animaru jutsu causing massive damage to the opponent. The explosion only damages opponents within 10 meters of the object exploded. This jutsu can only work if the Chi technique is not in its hardened form.

Description : This jutsu allows the user to have full control of all the blood in their body. This technique can come in handy if the user is bleeding for then they can stop themsevles from losing blood. With this jutsu the user can also breathe in blood like how a fish would breathe in water. The user would breathe regularly but the blood will be filters and then evened out in the body while the oxygen in brought where its needed regularly for breathing.

Description : One of Saiken's clans strongest moves. For this technique to be successful a Saiken must find a way to insert much of their blood into their opponent's bodies. Usually this technique is used in combination with Chishio Kiri or any other blood jutsu, if the opponent is in the Blood Mist for 20 turns the technique is complete by the blood mist secreting into the opponents body through their pores and mixing with the opponents blood. Another way to do this is to wound the opponent and then place chakra infused blood into the wound, then the previous affects apply. Once this is done by controlling their body a Saiken can control their opponents bodies by manipluating their blood inside them and use any of their blood techniques with their opponents body.

Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.

Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique

Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
Chidori Eisou - Thousand Birds Sharp Spear

Chidori Eisou is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending spear of lightning. Though unstated, this spear probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.

This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.

Kusanagi no Tsurugi • Chidorigatana is a Ninjutsu technique used by Sasuke. Using his Kusanagi, Sasuke will create Lightning chakra which he will transmit into the sword. The metal will amplify the lightning current, making the blade almost unstoppable. This causes the sword to take on Chidori's natural ability to cut through almost anything. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter the attacks.

RP sample: Chishio walked out his hands in his pockets, his clothing fluttering in the wind. A katana blade inside its sheathes strapped to his waist, shaking slightly. It was a nice spring day and Chishio seemed to be walking alone in a forest. He walked seemingly not to have a worry in the world, his eye closed and hands still in his pockets.
About an hour pasted and he stopped walking. His eyes opened half way and then he spoke in a calm, monotonous voice,
"Show yourself...I know you are there...Its pointless to continue hiding". Nothing happened as he spoke...as if he were talking to himself. The wind blew causing some of the trees to rattle and suddenly several kunais were thrown at Chishio. He narrowed his eyes and turned around, while doing so skillfully dodging all of the kunai and catching two of them. He did a quick analisis on what just occured in his head.
"At the speed these kunais were going...whoever was using them isnt very skilled. They had dead accuracy...But a weak throw...Perhaps a 4 man squad", he thought before several shadows revealed themselves.
It was a group of 4...although it wasnt three genin and a jounin. It was infact 2 genin, 1 Chuunin and an Anbu. The Chuunin spoke quickly,
"Chishio Saiken, you are hereby under arrest for defection from Kirigakure", he said as the group took a defensive stance. Chishio didnt speak, he faced the group and then threw the kunai at the two genin. The Anbu then drew his katana blade and skillfully deflected the kunai but then suddenly Chishio appeared behind the Chuunin...his hand blue and chripping.
"That jutsu is...", the Chuunin said before he was quickly stabbed through the chest...
"Chidori...", Chishio said finishing off the sentence as he pulled his hand out of the man's chest his Chidori fading away. The Chuunin's body fell to the ground and then Chishio turned to the others...Two genin who were now shaking in fear and an Anbu who was silent.
The Anbu dashed at Chishio with his sword and Chishio quickly and gracefully drew his Katana to counter the blow. The two began to have a skillful swordfight and the genin were still in shock. The Anbu didnt seem to be letting up in the fight at all so Chishio disappeared using body flicker. He looked down emotionlessly from a tree and suddenly the entire field turned into a Crimson red. One of the genin's eyes widened and the other spoke,
"Is this a Kirigakure no Jutsu", he asked. The other genin shook his head starting to cry a little.
"No...Its...blood", he said now shaking again.
The Anbu began looking around for Chishio but couldnt find him. He moved close to the genin and took a defensive stance. Much time past but the Anbu stood still, sensing Chishio was still in the area. Time continued to move by and suddenly the crimson mist slowly began to fade away. Chishio appeared from the tree he was hiding from, his hand blue for another Chidori. The Anbu quickly dashed at him, but Chishio jumped and fired a Chidori Senbon at the kids. The Anbu didnt feel the need to protect the kids...His mission was to bring back Chishio..no matter the cost. But suddenly his body had an impulse and he ran to save the kids. he grabbed them and jumped away. He landed to put the kids down but then suddenly he felt something. A katana glowing blue had pierced his right lung. The Anbu tried to fight back but he found he couldnt move. This was the Chidori Katana technique. Chishio then quickly decapitated the man and turned to the remaining genin.
"You will not be labeled as cowards if you run...I dont want to have to kill two genin who could have such bright futures. Leave now...Or share their fate", Chishio said as he sheathed his sword and began to walk away.
One genin was too frightened to move...after witnessing an Anbu and Chuunin be killed it was natural. However the other one clenched his fist and ran towards Chishio aiming to punch him. Chishio turned around and blocked the punch. He then kicked the genin into the other one. Chishio then disappeared and appeared before the two. They got up and began to run but suddenly they stopped, they couldnt move.
"I gave you the chance...but you attacked so now I had to use my...jutsu", he said coldly. Chishio drew his katana and quickly cut each of the genin's shoulders. He then sheathed his blade and then touched both boys shoulders which were now bleeding. The blood harded and crytalized. And this happened in their entire bodies causing both of the boys to die. The boys became lifeless statues and then Chishio walked to the Anbu and took his uniform and mask. He placed the mask on and disappeared from the forest.
