Description:The user does a few handsigns, Rat-Monkey-Hare-Boar, then lifts both hands toward there opponent and lets loose a small arc of lightning, the arc is a fifteen degree angle and only travels about 5 meters from the user. Also the techinque only stuns the opponent for a short time, making it only good for starting a combo attack. Is extremely easy to dodge, due to its short range and small, almost stream like arc. Also it only stuns the opponents for a short time (not even a whole post.) so unless the user has something planned then the techinque is useless.

(Three Years ago.)

A young Den walked onto the training field, extremely upset that he still had no sensei, and he had been a Genin for three years. den decided that he should create his own techinque, that would prove he was a great shinobi and that he should be trained, that he deserved to be a normal Genin. Den had learned a little bit about Shape manipulation, and was planning on using it to make a powerful new Ninjustu, and would probably make it his signature move if it was powerful enough. Den looked around to make sure no one was watching him, and began to try and create the techinque.

Den did a few hand seals, Rat-Monkey-Hare-Bore, knowing that they would help him shape his chakra the way he needed to, and focused the chakra into his arms, whincing in pain as a shock went through out his arm. Ow ow ow! Den yelled, his young high pitched voice yelling out in pain. Den felt embarrased that he screamed in pain because he accidentily sent lightning chakra intohis arm. Den did the hand seals again and this time was able to control his chakra enough that he didn't shock himself. Den focused the chakra into his hand and shot it outward, creating a small arc of lighting out into the air. Yes, i did it! Den yelled into the air, wondering who he would show the techinque.
