Appearance:Kane stand at 6’1 and weighs close to 170 pounds. He is a rather fit guy with muscle and build. He has light tan skin with freckles on his arm and shoulders, not his face. His hair is short unruly brown, with a few curls in the bottom. Kane eyes are a light blue with sparkles that shine in the sun light. Most of the time his body is covered in armor but when its not he wears light colored clothes with many chains and necklaces. He does not like the normal shinobi shoe so he wears a styled form wear the top is cut off to allow more ankle movement and the toes are revealed because he gets hot and does not like stinky feet. When his armor is on he straps it up tight enough to stay close to his body but still gives him room to move around it freely. His armor is not light so when he takes it off he can move even faster due to the weight he wears most days. Under his clothing he has a tattoo of a snake wraping around a sword with his name in it. At the bottem of the sword is a heart with his mothers name. On his back is a scar that streches all the way across from his shoulder to his waist in a diagnol slash. This was from his past adventures as a shinobi. This is a mark that stays to remind him of all the prices he had to pay for his past life. Most of the time he looks sad and depressed, memories of his life haunting him. Although he gets little sleep he is always wide awake looking, never bags or rings around his eyes.


Personality: A fiercely loyal, battle-hardened, ninja whose poisons have found employment in working the black market. Unlike many other ninja, however, he uses the black market to track down the most vile persons he can and kill them. The competition rarely complains and he has come to be known by his habit of putting his victim's foot in their mouths when he kills them.
As a vigilante he works by day when most of the black market sellers and buyers are doing less suspicious things, giving him the opportunity to employ his poisons to control them, take them away, and then kill them.Overall he makes every attempt to preserve the rapidly declining balance of good and evil in his village's ninja, eliminating those that would heavily tip it, often to find them replaced in a heartbeat

History: Kane was born in a run down shack on the outskirts of konoha. His mother was Kirina Miroki, and his father Ugani miroki. They treated him like a prince, although they had little to no money. He was their pride and joy and often they went with out meals just to allow him to eat some nights. But it was something they got used to and found a lifestyle that fit both of them. His parents were both retired shinobi that decided to settle down and start a family. Since not having paying jobs they were only covered by the village as a retire grant, not being alot they were forced to live low class. As Kane began to grow he learned basic skills and functions. His father decided that he would make a fine ninja and began to read him stories of the old days and of the great shinobi wars. Thus Kane grew up learning the ways of the ninja. He saw a pack of students one day and aspired to join them, hoping that he could one day be as great as his parents.
ACADEMEY ARC-
Kane turned six and started out in the academey. He was put with one of the many great classes to train and learn what all students learned. Sittin gin class gave him the feel for what social interatcion in the world would be like. Seeing freindships both made and broken, fights brake out and the occasinol jutsu preformed, he was exposed to it all. As the years went on he began to show signs of the miroki clan style. Advancing beyond most students he wa slooked at as a great ninja. But he could not seem to fit in with many of the students. Always being called a freak and a loser. But this did not bring him down as he knew that he could wipe most of them out. The graduatiion day came and he tested in the top five. Surpassing even the hokages grandson. This made many of the older shinobi laugh as Kane passed on and became a Genin. His parents could even swear they saw themselves in him. Always trying to be the best and out rank the others.

GENIN ARC- As a genin Kane worked well with his team. They also did not like him but were glad he was apart of their team. They preformed low ranked missions but were sad. As other teams did higher ranked missions they were left with the lame ones. Like cleaning and chasing kids. But their sensai promised them that the day would come when they would be tested. And theat day came. Their first B ranked mission brought them to the border. An assult on a trevleing group buy sound ninja brought Zamaz’s team to a firce battle. The fight ended well, giving them all a run for their money and in the end showing them all what true ninja life was. They contiuned to preform to the limit showing off most times as they came into the village. But tragedy struck one day as they went on one of their last missions before the chunnin exams. There sensai was attacked in the back ally of the rain village. He was ambushed by three ninja and ultimately killed. The genin could not beleive what happened and in anger thay attacked the ninja. Killing them and stakeing there bodies in the middle of the village. They came back with the teachers memory but strived to be the best they could be.

CHUUNIN ARC-Kane chuunin life was rough. Not even three monthes after he became a chuunin his parents were attacked by ninja. It was a bounty that was put on their heads since they were ninja and it had caught up with them. He chased them down and watched a shis parents were tourted and killed. Instead of running and alerting the village he chased them and tried to kill the people that killed his family. He fought them and was kidnapped. Being used as ransom. Letters were sent back to konoha almost everyweek asking for ransom for the boy. But nothing and no one ever came. Kane began to lose it and went crazy. He broke free and killed all the ninja holding him hostage. He cut thier necks and removed their eyes from there heads. He spent almost a year trying to get back to konoha. Although they had abandoned him he could not find hinmself to betray the village. Comeing back many people thought that he was dead. But he showed greta honer and alligence that he was granted an award and granted postion of jounin.

Deidara's Clay Pouch

Deidara is an artist and uses modeling clay in his jutsu. Using the mouths on the palm of each hand, Deidara will withdraw a glob of clay, consume it with the hand mouth and then expel whatever piece of art he needs for his attacks.

Exploding Pouch

A variation on the exploding note, these small pouches can be attached to a target and then explode a few seconds later.

Exploding Smoke Grenade

When the pin is pulled on this grenade, the result is a large explosion and the release of smoke. This allows the ninja to carry out their manuevers in secret.

Exploding Note

The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper which has script on it that serves to faciltate its explosive properties. The ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log. When the note is set it begins a slow burn which results in a large explosion.

Description: Using the mouths in the palms of his hands, Deidara can infuse clay with chakra. He then molds it into a shape depending on the abilities he wants it to have and spits it out. After molding the clay, Deidara can enlarge it to various sizes depending on the intended purpose of the clay. Once enlarged, the clay creations can be brought to life and controlled remotely by Deidara. Deidara can make the clay explode by saying Katsu (喝). Though the explosives are powerful, they are all earth-based techniques, and as such, can be defused by a lightning technique.

Description: Deidara's most basic and versatile form of explosive clay created from a single palm mouth. They have little explosive power, making them excellent for covert operations. He can release them at high speeds.

Description: A giant doll, shaped like you. When it ruptures, a cloud of microscopic bombs is released. According to Deidara, he created C4 for the sole purpose to defeat Itachi.

Description: Deidara's most powerful jutsu; a suicidal technique in which he eats a large ball of clay with the mouth on his chest. The sphere then opens up and detonates, destroying everything within a blast that covers more than ten kilometers.

Description: Deidara creates Exploding Clay that is connected to his hands with a thin cord of clay. The clay then rises from the ground, molding itself into human-like forms. Deidara runs chakra through the cords of clay, manipulating the clay substances to attack the opponent. The density of the clay is strong enough to repel and suck in a sword. When cut apart, the clay substances form more human/animal like forms. Deidara then can connect more cords of clay to the fallen clay pieces. Furthermore, Deidara can then use the clay as explosives, attacking the opponent and covering them with clay, which then explodes.

However, Kakashi refers to this as a Kawarimi (Replacement) which possibly means Deidara can switch himself with a clone to avoid damage. You can make the clone explode by doing needed hand signs..

Sai draws creatures on his scroll, then uses this technique to animate them. The animals can act as the corresponding animal would. This jutsu creates clones out of ink. The clones revert back to ink once damaged enough.

This jutsu turns a large area of land into a sinking swampland, making it impossible for anyone or anything in that area to move around. The size of the swamp is proportionate to the amount of chakra used to perform the technique. When performed by a drugged Jiraiya, this technique only created a large, semi-deep swamp that merely inhibited the movement of the snakes it was targeting. When performed properly, it is supposed to engulf the target completely.

RP sample: Kane bit down of his cigar, finding it highly annoying that his companions should insult him to such a degree. He was growing very tired of such comments as he was only doing good in delivering on souls to the afterlife, but everybody seemed to have a problem with his attitude about it. This was immensely annoying and he came to the decision that he would deal with it no further than this point.

He turned to Amaia as his eye marks trickled out and began to flare out, his annoyance being evident on his face, even his vice of smoking could not contain them at the present time. "You do things your way dear, I do things my way. Besides, I don't talk what I can't do."

"As for you Master," Kane turned, marks still highly evident since he felt no need to hide his rage from Z, who would infer it anyhow. They'd been together long enough to tell that much. ", I have given my respects to the dead by delivering his soul to the afterlife and saying his last rights when I extracted his skull. I have no further need to respond to his death, and if I did I would be dancing for joy, not mourning. That body needs to be disposed of, it has no value without a soul in it."

"Oh, and I didn't forget about you my Konoha friend..." Kane said, marks raging out like a candle flame as he turned his eyes to meet the Aburames. "You're a Konoha half-wit, and I hate you down to the very atoms that compose your body. I only deal with you now because Z won't let me tear you apart with my bare hands and add another skull to my belt. I don't trust you, you have yet to show anything deserving of it and far as I know you're just planning to run back and inform the Hokage about our activities. That won't do. I'm not allowed to kill you, but I am allowed to take out a new insurance policy when the old one is done, and you're surrounded by Akatsuki."

Kane reached onto the deck of the boat, snapping off a length of chain only half a foot long with his hands, which even for Kane was feat impossible to perform were he not enraged enough to pacify his chakra, which enabled him to snap it in the first place. He reached over and placed the chain around the Genin's neck like a necklace, a gift of some sort, which he hoped was interpreted as he intended. He had no desire to kill the Genin, just his annoying master. Well, not right now at least. "If you want my trust then you'll have to remove the taint of the Leaf from your body completely. For now, that is impossible, and you are to pierce this link yourselves since i'm in no mood to do it for you. As for the information I inquired about, I want to know about the man, not the clan, I know everything there is to know about Konoha clans. But you know nothing about me, it's part of the reason I hate Konoha so very very much, especially overpopulated and overrated clans such as Uchiha, Hyuuga, Senju, Aburame, Yamanaka, Nara, Akimichi, and the whole host of clans you can name."

Kane's marks receded as he thought about Ryne becoming an ANBU, maybe he'd be worth his time after all these years. He always hoped he'd grow up and make something of himself, but he was still a virgin of death and pain. He awaited seeing him again, so that he could finish the job he started so many years ago. He had to die, that's all there was to it, so that when Kane himself died, he would have company in paradise. To die before that goal was completed will be undesirable, so he strove to make it happen as soon as possible. Twisted loyalty of sorts. "I know all about Ryne, I know his abilities, I know his family, I know where he lives, I know everything there is to know about for my former rival. That was simply a test question, to ensure you were speaking the truth."

Kane tilted back to look at Z and Amaia. "If either of you two are coming with, I recommend getting ready, polishing off your weapons, and choosing an identity to take. I killed the Senju, and i'll be using him as my identity, but as for you two, I have no idea. I suppose Z could come in via travelling jutsu, but you, Amaia, may have to accompany under a civillian guise or perhaps an Akatsuki with differing appearance. We can say Renji and Orito captured an Akatsuki and want to bring him to Konoha. Unless you have other thoughts on the matter Master?" Kane said, gesturing for some input from Zakuza.

"When you've all got your plan sorted out, let me know, I have some fine tuning to work on, and I have jutsu to perfect. Well, that's a lie, I really just ran out of cigars and I'm going back down to get some. Have fun on deck." Kane lied, he had three more packs of cigar on his person, but he felt no more need to stay up on deck and be bothered with petty things. Z would make sure the chain was in place, that's all he needed done.
