Raikage's Office

Juni lay still in his chair pausing a moment from the piles of paper work to peer out the window and see the sun setting below the clouds, it blinded him reflecting of the clouds. He pulled his hand up to his face to cover it and smiled, turning back to his desk another peaceful day.

Missions will be delivered here as well as conversations that have to deal with the Kage.

Teams and Sensei's will be sorted out when more people join this village

Sitting their he had a smile stretched across his face twiddling his thumbs, he tried not to pick anything up and preoccupy himself, as he knew the leader or the sound would be at his front step any minute. Juni couldn't help himself, he grabbed a file and began thumbing through it, as he reached the third page a knock hit the door and echoed about the quiet room, "Oh, here already." Opening the quickest drawer he placed it in and simple replied, "You may enter." Glaring forward as the door was already slightly cracked he made out a image of a hand and part of his head, "Now what it is you wish to speak with me about." His face grew stiff a more serene yet serious enviroment filled the air, Juni's glare was ominous, as if he didn't quite undertsand the situation.

As Jakusha entered, he keep his body facing the Raikage, shutting the door behind him. He slowly moved to the center of the room and bowed, showing his respect. "I must apologize for not sending word. I'm trying to keep very few of the other leaders from knowing what I'm doing so it doesn't seem as if I'm playing favorites." He raised out of the bow, and respectfully looked the Raikage in the face. "Raikage....what I'm doing here is to discuss the terms of a alliance slash treaty between your country and mine. With that said, it would be a treaty stating that trade between us can start, and allowing for peace between us as well. With the Alliance, it would mean that if one of our countries were to go to war, no matter if one of us started it or not, the other will help out as best they can by sending their shinobi to aid the other." Jakusha pulled out the scroll that had the treaty and alliance papers in it and placed it gently on the Raikage's desk. "Also, sorry for not introducing myself. My name is Jakusha Hyuuga." He gave a slow but quick bow again, waiting for the Raikage's reply.

"You come to my village without sending word, and you make it sound like you are going to go to war, I am a fan of peace myself. If you started a war for inhumane reasons, I would not want Kumogakure participating. Thus meaning if you start a war and expect us to help, for no reason other than you want land or power Kumogakure will not be their to help." He frowned and then began to smiled, "Now that the stressful part is over, i'd love to sign, I am a man who encourage's peace myself, so a treaty would be fantastic." With the swivel of his pen the ink dripped across the paper quickly his signature filled with twirls and neatly lined. "Very well, expect the hidden cloud village to be their in you time of need, and vice-versa." Sitting back in his chair he placed the pen down slowly, "Now is their anything you want to discuss."

"Now is there anything you want to discuss." Jakusha knew he had to speak of it, knowing it had to be said. "I was wondering....." He looked out the window of the office without moving form his spot. "Have you gotten any word describing or detailing the leaders of each country?" He looked back to the Raikage. "We all know that Konoha does not have a Hokage at the moment, which will be replaced by a low ranked Sannin allowing it to be attacked at any moment. The Mizukage....seems to want bloodshed...at least thats what I think....The Kazekage is of sound mind and doesn't do anything too rash. The Leader of the Village Hidden in the Grass...I haven't heard anything from him...The Tsuchikage, I don't know much about, and the same goes with the leader of the Hidden Rain Village....but the one that grabs my attention the most is the Leader of the Village Hidden in the Waterfall."

Jakusha pulled out a map, showing the lay out of the land and village locations. "I'm sure you already know the layout of the land, Raikage, but what you said before, about me starting a war without reason." He took out a Shuriken, laying it over the Sound Village and drew a line to Kumogakure. "You are the first person I have talked to...." He drew another line to Kirigakure. "I was then going to Hidden Mist Village...." Drew another line though Fire country to Grass country, then to Rain country, then to Sunagakure, next to Iwagakure, the finally back to Sound country. "Then visit Grass country, then Rain, followed by Sunagakure and Iwagakure, ending with me going back to my village. The whole time trying to make treaties and or alliances with each country leader. The reason for it....." Jakusha sat in a chair in front of the Raikage's desk. "Is to discuss the leader of the Hidden Waterfall Village."

Looking at the map, he continued. "As you already know, they have a secret water source called Hero Water that allows them to increase their chakra level so they can fight longer. Also, to make things worse, the leader is a Jinogu, he has multiple hearts in him, allowing for longer life and a special ability to control all five elements, and on top of that, my sources say he can activate several of the Eight Gates to increase his fighting potential. If he was to make a move on any village, he would be able to take it without much trouble." Jakusha didn't move around in the chair. "What I was planning on doing was to have a talk with him, just to see if he was planning to make a advance on any village, and if he did, send word to all who formed a treaty and alliance with me telling them all the information I know. So in actuality, all this is to make sure that he doesn't do anything without us knowing. If he did, I would be the first to act on it, seeing as I'm pretty much his neighbor. Does all this make sense to you Raikage?" He said in a clam, relaxing voice looking at the Raikage.

"I see your point." He paused for a moment before answering, "I will remain calm until they try to provoke or instigate something. I will keep a constant patrol group stationed in the sound village and will switch the guard ever week or so, this is only precautionary so I can relay information faster and both ways." Juni put forth his idea and began again, "I would like all information regarding them reported to me, and all information regarding the treaties which countries decline approve etc... so I can further give my advice."

Shuffling the remaining papers on the desk he replied, "It has been a great discussion and treaty, I hope that the Waterfall has no intention of attacking, but I will try my best if they do." He glared at the sound village leader, "The carriage is waiting to take you whereever you wish to go while in the village, or to the gates if your in a rush."

"One last thing before I leave." Jakusha got up and gently took the treaty and alliance papers, signing them and giving a copy to the Raikage, also picking up the map off the desk. "I will also keep a eye on any other country, if they try anything, you will get word. Also, seeing that Konoha doesn't have a Kage, they might be attacked soon. After I leave from here, I'm going to Kirigakure. Konoha is open, and if someone acts on this, we might have a problem on our hands." He bowed one last time, "I hope you're ready for such a act, even if Konoha is leaderless, they do have a greater number of ninja there. If they fall, we all can fall." Walking to the door he opened it with a smile, "Just something to think about Lord Raikage, and thank you for seeing me without word of any kind, I am grateful." After saying that, he left, closing the door lightly behind him and heading out to the carriage.

The ride seemed faster on the way out, everything seemed more relaxed and calm. Jakusha even waved to some of the locals. Once he reached the gate, he made his way down the mountain, again, it seemed faster. Not taking long, his feet touched the base of the mountain. "Now....to Hidden Mist...." Jakusha took off like a bolt of lightning. Traveling to the coast of the country, to find a port that could take him to his next destination. "Where...are...they...." Once he crossed the border, he wondered into Fire Country. From there, it didn't take a moment to get to a port. "Finally...." Finding that he made it just in time, that they were about to head out to Water Country.

The boat left the port and Jakusha found himself on the coast of Water Country in several hours. "Now....Mizukage....let us talk...."

Snapping his fingers three members of the ANBU black ops appeared in an instance in a flash. "Hideki,Kieko,Kaede, silently look over the leader of Otogakure, we don't want him assasinated before he gets back to his village. Try to stay unnoticed." He stood up slowly and began to towards the door, "I am going to start up a few alliances of my own, what is the closest of the five great nations to here that he's not headed to." Hideki scratched his head then replied quickly, "I think Iwagakure." It was muffled behind the mask, but Juni made it out clearly.

"Prepare the carriage, i'm off to make a pact with the Earth country, they can be very reliable at times and the wide-scale earth nin-jutsu dosen't hurt, hahaha." He chuckled trying to get the ANBU to lighten up a bit, "Move out..." He left through the door and went down the hall slowly and was escorted to his carriage outside the back door that led to a back passage.

Daichi had finally reached at Raikage's Office and knocked on door. Since Daichi was very active he didn't wait for Raikage to answer and just stepped in. He walked to Raikage's desk and started speaking with his cheerful voice. "Hello, Raikage. I am genin of Iwagakure and I brought you a letter from Tsuchikage.". Daichi pulled out a letter with Iwagakure seal and threw it on Raikage's desk. "Here you go, and If you want to send him something back then just say me because I am going back to Iwagakure soon.". Daichi quietly started waiting for answer.

Takes the letter from his hand and smiles seeing the tsuchikage's seal holding it closed, "Very nice...you may go," he waved his hand slightly." He opened it slowly and began to read the report, it was casual and just regular updated information. There was something though, he felt as if he needed to strengthen the guard, "Follow him back." He sid snapping his fingers, three ANBU black ops appeared and obeyed, "This is your escort and the relief guard for my ninja stationed their please tell the Tsuchikage this."

Daichi nodded. "Alright. I don't mind them coming with me. The more the merrier". He turned himself forwards the door. 'But these guys don't look friendly at all.'. He raised his hand for a sign of good bye and opened the door. "I am off then Raikage". He looked back and saw how three guards were already following him. Daichi slightly smiled and started walking in direction of Kumagakure gates.
